The e25HD is a two-piece powered stereo speaker set with a high-gloss lacquer finish. Each speaker combines a 1-inch silk dome tweeter, a 3-inch long-throw mid-low driver and two 3-inch passive bass radiators in an oval acoustic cavity intended to reduce resonance and distortion. Dual Class-D digital amplifiers drive a two-way active crossover, with digital signal processing and dynamic range control.
Audio is handled end to end at up to 24bit/96kHz, and the speaker carries Hi-Res Audio and Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification. The Bluetooth receiver supports LDAC. Preset sound effects are available for music, movies and gaming, and these can be switched and customised in the EDIFIER ConneX app, which also offers playback control and the user manual.
Inputs are Bluetooth 5.3, optical (S/PDIF) and a 3.5 mm-style AUX connection. Playback is controlled from a touch panel on the right speaker or with the supplied remote control.
