Vendine uno ugualeDescrizione
The Talking Pedal is a rocker-style filter effect from Electro-Harmonix's Next Step line. Instead of the single filter of a conventional wah, it passes the guitar signal through two bandpass filters, giving the sound a male vocal character and a range of vowel-like tones as the treadle is rocked.
A fixed fuzz circuit is built in and can be mixed in using a scroll wheel on the side of the pedal. It adds definition to the effect along with extra growl and grind. The pedal uses the Next Step rocking chassis, which has no moving parts that wear out, no gears and no footswitches to break, and it switches silently and instantly between bypass and effect.
Power comes from a 9 volt battery, which is included, and a 9 volt power supply is available as an option. The maker lists it as discontinued in 2020.
