PLUS Pedal
Sustain and sostenuto pedal for guitars, keys, strings, brass, vocals and other melodic sources. It samples the incoming signal in real time and loops the note's decay to hold piano-style layers. This first-generation model has been replaced by the PLUS Pedal II.

The PLUS Pedal adds piano-style sustain and sostenuto to melodic instruments. It continuously records a high-resolution audio buffer and, when the foot-pedal is pressed, picks a suitable part of the note's decay to build a seamless circular micro-loop. The sustained layer keeps the timbre and dynamics of the source, and up to 5 layers can be stacked.
Controls include Blend, Rise, Tail and Sustain knobs, a Group/Single toggle and a Split/Mix toggle. Rise and Tail set how quickly each layer fades in and out, and Sustain sets a moving high-cut filter. In Group mode, Sustain sets the number of layers allowed at once, from 1 to 5. A brass piano-style foot-pedal gives a gradual response curve.
The main Out can carry the dry and wet signals together, or the wet signal alone. A separate Clean Out/FSW jack always carries the dry signal and also accepts the optional wet-only footswitch. Send and Return jacks on the side panel form an FX loop that processes only the sustained layers. The pedal needs an external 9V DC supply.
