Descrizione
The Les Paul Studio Session is an updated take on the Les Paul Studio. It has an Ultra Modern weight-relieved mahogany body under a carved AA figured maple cap, finished in gloss nitrocellulose lacquer in Translucent Ebony Burst with black plastics and black nickel hardware.
The glued-in mahogany neck has a SlimTaper profile and a Modern Contoured Heel for upper-fret access. The bound ebony fretboard has a 12 in radius, 22 medium jumbo frets and acrylic trapezoid inlays. Grover Rotomatic tuners with Keystone buttons, a Graph Tech nut, an aluminum Nashville Tune-O-Matic bridge and an aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece handle tuning and string support.
A '57 Classic in the neck position and a '57 Classic + in the bridge position connect to a 3-way toggle switch. Each pickup has its own push/pull volume control for coil tapping and its own push/pull tone control for phase switching and Pure Bypass, which sends the bridge pickup straight to the output jack. The output is a 1/4 in jack. The guitar ships in a soft shell case with a Gibson Accessory Kit.
