This is a passive two-way mid/high cabinet with a 15" cone speaker and a 1" compression driver on a constant directivity horn. The bass-reflex MDF enclosure covers 60 Hz to 19 kHz (-6 dB), with a 2 kHz crossover point and a dynamic protective circuit for the high-frequency driver. Horizontal by vertical dispersion is 60° x 40°.
The cabinet handles 400 W RMS, 800 W program and 1200 W peak, and reaches a maximum peak SPL of 128 dB. Its low susceptibility to feedback and clear speech reproduction suit it to vocal and speech work in demanding live rooms. Angled at 45°, it also works as a stage wedge monitor.
For mounting, it has a pole-mount socket with DuoTilt 3°/7° and three M8 rigging points, plus two integrated carrying handles. Connection is by NL4 Speakon, with one input and one parallel output. Amplifier presets and filter sheets are available for Lab.gruppen IPX and IPD series amplifiers. The enclosure is finished in jet black acrylic enamel with a steel grille backed by acoustic foam.
