Vendine uno ugualeDescrizione
The PS-3300 is a semi-modular, fully polyphonic analog synth that reproduces the Korg original from the late 1970s. Three PSU-3301 generator units run as independent layers, each with a VCO, VCF, VCA and EG, two LFOs, three voltage-controllable bandpass resonators and 12 tuning knobs for microtuning. A PSU-3302 section on the right sets the balance between layers and adds sample & hold, a global EG, a voltage processor and junction jacks. Internal connections let it sound without patch cables.
Compared with the original, it adds programmable memory with 16 banks of 16 slots (256 programs), a built-in tuning mode for use with an external tuner, and the PS-3010 module as standard. The keyboard grows from 48 keys (F to E) to 49 keys (C to C), and the old 60-pin cable gives way to an 8-pin connection.
It connects to computers and other gear through USB-B and MIDI IN/OUT/THRU. A free Sound Librarian application manages programs and tunings, and a custom hard case with casters for the main unit and keyboard unit is included. Construction is handcrafted, with wooden side panels, and production is limited.
