The CDJ-2000NXS is a digital DJ player that plays MP3, AAC, WAV and AIFF files from USB devices. It is built around rekordbox: tracks, cues, loops and personal settings prepared there can be carried on USB, SD card, smartphone or tablet. A large full-colour LCD shows Wave Zoom, beat countdown, phase meter and key analysis information.
Performance tools include 4-deck Beat Sync, Slip Mode, Hot Cue Auto Load, Quantize to the rekordbox beat grid, Master Tempo and Active Loop. The unit can also control rekordbox dj software once a licence key is activated.
Pro DJ Link connects multiple players, turntables or laptops over LAN so that a single source can be shared. The deck can also reach rekordbox wirelessly through a wired connection to a wireless LAN router, which is not included. Over USB it works as a MIDI controller and supports HID control of TRAKTOR PRO 3, Serato DJ Pro and Scratch Live without a control disk. A built-in 24-bit/48 kHz sound card and an IEC power connection are included.
