IC4

The IC4 combines video compression, network transport and centralised control in one unit. It integrates codec functions with an IP network and offers video stitching and processing, KVM management, audio processing, centralised control and optical/electrical mutual backup. Input and output both reach 3840 × 2160 at 60 Hz, and the unit can drive LCD, LED and DLP split-screen setups.

Each port supports up to 16 layers, with splicing, scaling, overlay and roaming across layers. Embedded audio is supported, as are static and dynamic OSD overlays. A USB keyboard and mouse can be operated through the KVM function, and an OLED screen on the unit shows its working status.

Transport runs over gigabit optical fibre, and the unit can be powered over Ethernet (PoE). External control is available through I/O, IR, RS232, Relay and RS485. The design aims at simpler cabling and decentralised operation with central control, for conference centres, exhibition centres, command centres and traffic centres.
