The GO:KEYS GO-61K is a lightweight 61-key keyboard with two onboard speakers. A phone or tablet connects over Bluetooth audio, so songs, lesson apps or karaoke can be played back through the keyboard while the user plays along. Headphones can be used for quiet practice.
The sound engine provides 554 tones with 128-voice polyphony, covering pianos, synths, strings, bass and brass. Loop Mix lets the player trigger loop phrases from single keys, with 22 sets of 56 patterns and ten performance pads that change pitch, filtering and roll effects. A built-in recorder stores up to 99 songs as Standard MIDI Files, with USB backup.
Bluetooth MIDI (Bluetooth Low Energy) lets the keyboard work with music apps on a phone or tablet, and a USB Micro-B port carries MIDI to a computer. It runs on six AA batteries or the supplied AC adaptor. It also works with ScratchX through a dedicated extension, which needs system program 1.20 or later.
