This digital wireless set combines an SL Bodypack DW transmitter, an SL Rack Receiver DW and an MKE 1 condenser lavalier microphone. It is aimed at speech and presentation use, with a frequency response of 20 to 20,000 Hz and a signal-to-noise ratio above 90 dB(A). Automatic frequency and interference management, plus 256-bit AES encryption, are built in.
The bodypack is powered by a BA 30 rechargeable battery pack that runs for up to 15 hours. The pack can also be recharged over USB, and a cable is included. The microphone connects through a lockable 3.5 mm jack socket.
The set comes in two versions. The -R version includes a GA 4 rackmount kit and a pouch for installing the receiver in a rack. The -C version comes in a transport case without rackmount hardware. The receiver has an XLR 3M output, two RCA outputs and an RJ 45 network port.
