The Dirty Boy Jr. Booster is a boost pedal built around the Ball Buster circuit from Dirty Boy Pedals, recreated in partnership with Warm Audio. It is fully analog and provides up to 10 dB of boost with a high amount of headroom, so it stays responsive to picking dynamics.
As the gain is raised, the signal moves from a clean lift into British-style breakup, then compression and fuzz-inspired saturation. Gain, Treble and Bass knobs shape the tone, while a three-position H-M-L Freq switch adjusts the low-end response for tighter rhythm playing, balanced articulation or a thicker lead sound.
The pedal uses true bypass switching and a road-ready enclosure with Dirty Boy styling. Typical uses include adding top-end sparkle to clean tones, a transparent solo boost, pushing the gain of an amp, and driving an overdrive harder. A manual and product registration are available from the maker.
