The USB K800 is a wired computer headset built for online classes and general desktop listening. It uses a dynamic driver with a black voice coil and an independent audio chipset housed in an external sound card on the cable, which handles the digital-to-analogue conversion instead of the computer's own audio hardware.
The microphone boom rotates through 120 degrees and uses a single-point pickup pattern intended to capture speech clearly. A volume-control feature limits output sound pressure to reduce the risk of hearing damage. The headband adjusts to fit different head sizes, and the earcups use memory foam padding for longer wear.
The headset connects with a USB-A plug on a 2.8 m cable. The cable is shielded and carries large magnetic rings. Frequency response is 20 Hz to 20 kHz.
